Creams & Butter
Creams such as Whipping Cream and Sour cream, and salted or unsalted butter, which are used in everyday cooking as well as pastries.

Ghee (Cow and Buffalo)
This is clarified butter, which has the consistency of oil and is used extensively in cooking as well as directly with food. Five to ten year old cow ghee is also sold for medicinal purposes.

Yogurt
This is a fermented milk product, which is a very important item on the Indian Menu. It is eaten with practically every meal, either as a salad, with the meal, alone or even after a meal. It is available plain or with various processed fruits.

LEMSI
This is a specialty of A.B.C. Farms, produced uniquely by them. It is a Lemon flavored acidophilus milk, or what is called lassi in India. In other words, it is Lemon Lassi with an extremely low fat content - just 1.5%. (70 calories per 100 ml.)

Shrikhand
This is an Indian sweet made by dehydrating yogurt, which is eaten as dessert. It is available plain or with various processed fruits.
